Question by Sarah Ann: Please advise only if you have filed for bankruptcy!?
I have already consulted with a BR attorney and have asked a ton of questions. However, one question that still remains is this…..let’s say I hire the attorney and pay him his first payment (not a set amount) and it will take me several more months to save up the remaining amount of $ 2000 total. Being that it could take me several months to get the money together…how should I handle credit card companies when they call me…since I won’t be paying them anyore? The attorney told me that once I hired him he could hold the creditors off for only about 30 days but then I’m on my own and just don’t answer their calls. Second question….I will have to stay with a family member during this time in order to save up the money. I was told that they take into consideration “total household income”….will that keep me from being able to file if I’m just staying there for a while to save up and it’s not my actual home? I am so confused….please help me out if you can!

If you have filed for bankrupcy, them your attorney should be dealing with your credit card companies once your bankrupcy is in place then its up to him, if you receive any bills from them then you should give it to your attorney or the person who is dealing with your affairs because they are suppose to letter everyone about what is happening, you dont pay any debt at all so all the debt you have, you dont pay it, once they have received confirmation from your attorney, they should stop contacting you, have you never lookied into IVA because rather than being bankrupt i am not sure how many years now it used to be 15yrs IVA is only 3yrs and believe me it takes a weight of your mind

27 million of the above 139 million have such low gross incomes after exemptions & deductions they aren’t subject to any Federal income tax (gross under $ 12,000 annual) so 112 million are left with incomes high enough “over $ 12,000 annual per individual” paying some amount of Federal income tax.

237-139=98 million people out of the IRS income money loop plus another 27 million IRS filers who’s gross incomes are below $ 12,000 annual etc. That’s a grand total of 125 million people poverty stricken,income-less & or not paying into the IRS system.
Add the 125 million with little too no known income “WITH” the 75 million who are not available to work, that’s 200 million people with definite financial insecurity or living on the edge in USA poverty.

Through taxing us, what else. Actually I think it is a certain percentage every year for those 10 years…………….so case in point, the amount could be lower, or higher each and every year. Further more, this money is to be paid to the UN, the UN!!!!! the corrupt UN!!!!! Unbelievable. As a country, we pay and do for others now, is this added onto what we already do for other countries??

Yes too soon, my rebate is in the second schedule for May 9th deposit and it JUST showed up on the status yesterday. It will be up there no sooner than a week prior to it being scheduled.
