Question by Holly: Home Depot: Anyone know what the hourly pay is like there???
I’m interested on working at a Home Depot that’s less than 2 miles from my apt building. I’ve heard they pay “well,” but have never heard a specific amount.

The position I’m speaking of is cashier. And I live in Kansas City, MO which I think should be about average on the national pay scale… maybe slightly below average.

Unless they are having trouble finding staff, I would expect any starting salary to be close to minimum wage, maybe $ 7.00 range.
